Fishing the Northern Oregon coast area is an amazing experience and fishing with Mike Arnold from Absolute Angling is the icing on the cake. Depending on the time of year we fish for Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Steelhead, Rock and Bottom fish, Lingcod and Halibut. The fishing out of Tillamook Bay is world class and there always something biting.
Mike's knowledge of the waters of the Northern coast is unmatched. He always seems to find fish and of course always keeping his clients safe and comfortable.
Amazing Fishing
Tillamook Bay is know for its Salmon runs. Depending on the time of year we are catching both Chinook Salmon (also known as Kings) and Coho Salmon (also known as Silvers). These fish typically run in both the Spring and in the late summer early Fall. Spring fish tend to be a bit smaller but what they give up in size they make up in flavor ... these are the best Salmon you will ever eat. In the Fall we Fischer for Big Chinook Salmon, also excellent table fare.
For All Ages
We enjoy taking kids and families fishing. There is nothing better than to see a young person hook and fight their first fish. Our boat is a very safe vessel with all the latest safety equipment and communications and electronics. Our first priority is to keep you safe and comfortable while on the water.
All Year Long
When we are in between Salmon runs we offer inshore bottom fishing. We are fair weather fishermen and we only go out in the ocean with weather permits. The waters just off the Tillamook coast are filled with rock fish, ling cod, cabezon and many other types of fish. The Oregon Coast bottom fish make some of the best fish tacos that you have ever eaten.

Calendar & Rates
Our rates include the not only the boat but all tackle and bait. Captain Mike also cleans all our fish at the end of the day. You will want to bring your lunch and snacks, fishing license and tags, appropriate clothing including rain gear, sunscreen and of course a camera.
